I didn’t really realize it had been that long since my last entry! Time’s flying by. I had a trip to Atlanta last week for a work conference. I was dreading it soooooo bad, but it turned out ok. This week has been pretty busy work-wise too. I haven’t had much, if any, down-time. Home has been about the same. We had beautiful weather this weekend and spent ALOT of time outside in it. We cleaned out flower beds and moved plants around. It all looks alot better. However, as a result, I got a little more sun than I probably should have. Thankfully the redness has faded to tan. I was also pretty sore from all the exercise. I’ve also got a little sinus/allergy things going due I’m sure to all the pollen in the air. I’m hoping this doesn’t last long…I’ve felt pretty icky all week.
Wow, I swear there was no structure at all to that paragraph! I guess stream-of-consciousness is all you get today. 
We haven’t done anything else to the baby’s room, but we have been working on the living room. We got new wallpaper up…the paintable kind and we finally got it painted. I’ve just got to finish up the windows paint-wise. I’m taking the drapes to be cleaned tomorrow then we’ll get those hung back up. Then we’ll get all the art back on the walls. Mark polished the floors last night and I polished all the woodwork (and those of you who are familiar know that’s ALOT of woodwork). I think we’re both pleased with it. The new color on the walls makes the room look alot brighter and alot less dingy.
The next couple of projects are small, but important ones. Just a few things to finish up the baby’s room. Then we’ll work on the area just outside her room that will be the play area. I’ve got to buy a rug for that. We did move furniture around last night so we can start on that. Ah…so much to do! And only 7 or 8 weeks to go!
